Bunkhouse Brewery - The Original "OG"

Commonly referred to as “OG",” the Bunkhouse Brewery’s original location is next to the MSU campus and can be found near the field house on Lincoln St. With an amazing patio to enjoy Bozeman’s gorgeous summers, this location is small and intimate—even when it gets a little crowded.

The name Bunkhouse is a nod to Montana’s frontier heritage and rich history of ranching and farming. After a long day on the range or in the fields, the workers would settle into the bunkhouse - that shared space where stories were spun, food and drink were shared and camaraderie grew. Generations of Montanans built their communities with hard work, dedication and a sense of common purpose. Our hope is that Bunkhouse Brewery is a tribute to those values and the people who embody them; a place were communities are forged and strengthened.

Beginning with our first batch of beer in 2015, we’ve worked to incorporate Montana grain, malt and hops in our recipes. We are proud to partner with local people, projects and programs. Today we have two locations in Bozeman: one next to the MSU campus and one in the Four Corners area of Bozeman. We can’t wait to welcome you and yours. Cheers!
