At 1Ō5 Brewing, our love for beer is matched only by our love for the Billings Heights community. While we can’t wait to welcome you with our delicious coffee in January, we know the real excitement lies in our upcoming beer, which will make its debut in March. Leading the charge is our founder and brewmaster, Travis Zeilstra. With over 20 years of brewing experience and a passion for quality, Travis is bringing his heart and soul back to his roots. Every batch he brews tells a story—one of tradition, creativity, and connection. From his deep respect for classic brewing styles to his commitment to using local Montana ingredients, Travis pours his expertise into every pint.
For us, it’s not about brewing a lot of beer—it’s about brewing the right beer. We’re all about small batches, big flavors, and a community-first mindset. Come March, we’ll be ready to share the fruits of our labor with you. Each sip will reflect not just decades of brewing mastery, but the pride we feel in being part of this community.
